Shipping policy
ALL Ideal Moments custom items are made to order. These items go through the processing, production, and shipping stages. Please remember that all items are made uniquely and to ensure high quality we do not rush the process! As always email updates will be sent out each time your order enters a NEW stage.
For your convenience, we have entered our order process below!

For Custom Items:
1. Processing Stage: Stage in which your order has been viewed and prepared for the production stage: 1-3 Business Days
2. Production Stage: The stage in which your case is being manufactured Production stage starts AFTER the processing stage and it can take up to 3-5 Business Days
3. Shipping Stage: Stage in which your order has been fulfilled and shipped out. Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order enters the shipping stage. The shipping stage MAY take up to 3-5 business days. It all depends on the shipping carrier. If you have any issues once your order has been shipped please contact the shipping carrier customer service line.

WHOLESALE CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Wholesale Products MAY take up to 1-3 weeks. Wholesale orders go through the same standard steps for processing, production, and shipping stages. At times orders can be shipped out within 3-5 due to the fact that products are "on hand". Please "ready to ship products" section for more information.

READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS
Please note at times our items may be available to be shipped within 3-5 business days due to the fact extras were made during the production stage or the item you ordered is a part of our on-hand inventory.
Definition of "On Hand" inventory: The On-Hand Inventory (or quantity on hand) is the quantity physically present in the Ideal Moments LLC warehouse.

ORDER DELAY
Please note there is a possible delay in processing, production, or shipping stages due to COVID-19.
Please note that placing an order during sales, promotions, and/or holidays can cause a delay in your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Ideal Moments LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. Any lost, stolen, packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier ONLY.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Ideal Moments LLC is not responsible for the damage of items that are not covered in the protection plan. If your item is damaged when you receive it you must contact and file a claim through the shipping carrier if you selected eligible shipping with insurance.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
Ideal Moments LLC is not liable for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes after the order is fulfilled.
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to the updated address. However; the Customer is responsible for shipping invoices for the second delivery attempt.

FRAUD ORDERS:
Any high fraud orders that are flagged by Shopify Services will be canceled and the customer will be notified.

We just wanted to update and reassure you that cleanliness and safety were always our biggest concerns here at Ideal Moments LLC. In efforts to remain safe, Ideal Moments is following safety guidelines by sanitizing each order before packaging.

FREE SHIPPING
For orders over $75 (excluding wholesale orders), free Shipping will be granted and the shipping price will automatically be deducted at the checkout page.
