Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
ALL sales are final.
Please Note there will be no refunds or cancellations accepted.
Exchanges will only be accepted only if you have purchased a protection plan from us.
The only time a refund will be issued is if there is a mishap from Ideal Moments LLC. In that case you will be notified and a refund notification email will be sent to you.
Refunds are handled by your payment provider and Shopify payment provider. If you receive a refund notification please note refunds takes up to 10-15 business days to be credited back to you.
